Bretonnian Men at Arms 2

It is the peasant’s duty to muster to the Lord’s colors when unfurled.

These men are the first line of defense for the lands of the king.

They may not be strong, but there are many.

The villages depend upon them for protection.

Wild beasts, and raiding marauders are their common foes.

But sometimes called to the battlefront, they carry their swords and shields.

They are accustomed to sweat and grit.

They also know victory, as well as defeat.

It’s a harrowing tradition only understood in Bretonnia.

It is honorable to die for king and country.
