Occasional gate passers have been disappeared by its magic.

Some have abruptly emerged without any wear of time.

The only consensus is that the gate should be altogether avoided.

Shadow Gate Rules: The Shadow Gate emits a black aura. Units within 6 inches suffer a -1 To Hit on ranged attacks. Within 6 inches gain a +1 Ward save against the Lore of Light and the Lore of Heaven. The first Character that passes through the gate gains Fear (if it doesn’t already have it).
